Inconel Alloys for High pressure and temperature applications

Critical liquid and gas flow control systems, are made from Incoloy 825 and Inconel 625 for service at 450oF, with tolerance of around 10% rated burst pressure and service around 80% of rated burst pressure.

Reliable and supreme pressure security is necessary for several critical liquid and gas flow control systems in various applications. The disc plugs offer consistent and high pressure relief in a leak-tight, corrosive resistant, standard small package. These plugs are made to lock a passageway or volume as long as the rated burst pressure is outreached.

The plugs are made from Incoloy 825 and Inconel 625 to withstand elevated temperature and corrosive media. They also eliminate the risk of bypass leakage, prevents the requirement for secondary retention and the requirement for an elastomeric seal. They are capable of service in the temperatures about 450oF.

The standard applications include down hole oil tool system, instrument security and chemical injection, excessive pressure security and back-up in hydraulic/pneumatic systems and security from the corrosive media in process industrial applications.

The high technology engineering services for the oil and gas plants are implemented in manufacturing valve components. The high performance alloys are used in producing components for processes such as turning, milling, boring, grinding, weld overlay, high velocity oxygen fuel spray coating processes and pipe cladding.

Mechanical machining services for ball valve turning, milling, boring, polishing and lapping, besides of spherical and plain geometry grinding and specialized engineering processes for pipes are provided. The machined components are used in building turbines.

The proven welding processes such as gas metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding and submerged arc welding are used in automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes. Inconel 625, Incoloy 825 and Duplex stainless steel 2205 are commonly used frequent filler materials are used in the welding processes.

Pipes maintenance for heavy duty heat exchangers

Coated Inconel alloy 625 pipes are used in heavy duty heat exchangers. 

Special equipments are used to conduct welding overlay process for pipes of different diameters and lengths.

The 2507 Super Duplex stainless steel that is used for demanding applications offer excellent strength and corrosion resistance in chemical process, petrochemical and seawater units. The steel offers supreme resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, has good heat conductivity and small coefficient of thermal expansion. The presence of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice and general corrosion.
